Please don’t share health information through this website

The contact form and email are not secure channels for sharing personal health or mental health information. Please share only your name, email address, and a brief note about how I can help. We can discuss anything personal during a consultation call. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911.

Information you give me

  • Contact form: when you send a message, I receive your name, email address, and message. Messages are emailed to me and stored by WordPress.com, which hosts this site.
  • Email: if you email me directly, I receive your email address and anything you include in your message.
  • Booking: consultations and sessions are scheduled through Paperbell, a third-party scheduling and payment service. Information you enter there (such as your name, email, and payment details) is handled under Paperbell’s privacy policy.

Information collected automatically

  • Site statistics: WordPress.com (operated by Automattic) collects basic visitor statistics, such as pages viewed and general location, and may use cookies to do so. See the Automattic privacy policy.
  • Embedded YouTube videos: videos on this site are embedded from YouTube. When you view or play them, Google/YouTube may collect information and set cookies under the Google privacy policy.
  • Links to other sites: this site links to Instagram, YouTube, Insight Timer, Psychology Today, and Paperbell. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply once you leave this site.

How I use your information

I use the information you share only to respond to you, schedule and provide services you request, and keep basic records. I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

Therapy clients

If you become a therapy client, your health information is kept confidential and handled under the privacy notice and consent forms I provide at the start of services, as required by Texas law and professional ethics.

Your choices

You can ask me to update or delete information you have sent through this website by contacting me. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
